Questions
Does the Free plan expire?
No. It stays free for up to 5 items and basic tracking, so you can learn
the workflow before paying.
What counts as an “item”?
Each inventory record. A record can be a single serialized unit or a
quantity of the same thing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, your existing
items stay — you just can’t add new ones past the limit.
How do payments from my renters work?
Renvenda records payments you collect however you like (cash, card,
transfer). It never stores card numbers.
