Privacy Policy

This describes what Renvenda collects and why. It’s part of the Terms of Service — using Renvenda means you agree to both.

What we collect

When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name, email and business details. Server and security logs record IP addresses and browser information.

Your business data

Inventory, customers, rentals, agreement templates, signatures, invoices and recorded payments that you enter in the app are stored locally on your device. We don’t have access to it and it isn’t uploaded anywhere.

Your account and billing data

Your email, business profile and current plan are stored with our backend provider, Supabase, over an encrypted connection — the app needs this to sign you in and confirm your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Renvenda isn’t a payment processor and doesn’t move money itself.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t store payment card numbers. We use only the third parties needed to run the service: Supabase for accounts and sign-in, Stripe for billing.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Update your business details and billing anytime from your account page. Email rent@renvenda.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; if a change is significant we’ll give notice by email or in the service. Continuing to use Renvenda after a change means you accept it.
