Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Renvenda (“Renvenda,” “we,” “us”). By using the Renvenda app, the renvenda.com website, or the account and billing services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Renvenda is software for tracking rental and sales inventory. You are responsible for how you use it and for the accuracy of the data you enter. It is not a point-of-sale system, an accounting package, a payment processor, or a source of legal or tax advice.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one business. Tell us at rent@renvenda.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and taxes may apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; if you don’t agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account page. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the plan doesn’t renew. Except where the law requires it, payments are non-refundable and we don’t credit partial periods.

Promo and redemption codes

Codes we issue have no cash value, may expire, and can be revoked if obtained through error or abuse.

Your content and agreements

The data you enter — inventory, customers, agreements, invoices and recorded payments — is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing it up. Renvenda stores and fills the rental agreements you provide; it does not draft them and does not guarantee that any agreement is valid or enforceable in your jurisdiction. That is between you and your customers.

Payments you record

Renvenda records payments you collect. It is not a payment processor and does not move money or store card numbers. Actually collecting payment, issuing refunds, and handling tax are up to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Renvenda unlawfully, don’t resell it, and don’t try to get around plan limits, the plan check, or security.

Connection required

The app needs an internet connection to sign you in and confirm your plan. If it can’t reach our account service, it won’t open until the connection is back.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Renvenda is not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or disputes with your customers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we’ll give notice by email or in the service, and continuing to use Renvenda means you accept it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or doesn’t pay. You can stop using Renvenda at any time; your data stays on your device.
